Most of the items on our website are in stock and will be delivered in within 3-5 working days via MyHermes.

You will receive a confirmation of order with information on delivery time and status. Obviously bank holidays will increase the expected delivery time.

During the current Covid 19 pandemic it may take longer to get your item to you. This is due to supplier delays, courier backlogs and staffing. If you require the item urgently please contact us to discuss. 

We only deliver free of charge to the UK. If you live outside this area, please contact us to discuss delivery charges before you place your order.

Extra charges will apply for postcodes including AB37, AB38, AB41-AB56, FK19-FK2, KW1-KW17, HS1-HS9, IV1-IV24, IV25-IV28, IV30-IV37, IV40-IV56, IV63, PH15-PH26, PH30- PH36-PH44, PH49-PH50, PA20-PA49, PA62-PA76. Please call for a quote if this concerns you. The charges for delivery to Alderney, Channel Islands, Isle of Man, Isle of White, Herm & Sark differs according to the size and weight of items purchased.

We inspect each item before it is dispatched. Please contact us immediately if the item has been damaged in transit. Failure to report damaged items within 24hrs will void the return.

If you wish to return an item please contact us in the first instance. The buyer will pay return postage costs and a returns reference number will be given to you to detail. We strongly advise that you send items back on a tracked service as we can't be liable for any lost returns.

We cannot give specific time of delivery it will be between 7am – 6pm. A calling card will be left if you are not in to take delivery.

We will require a mobile telephone number and email address for deliveries so you can be updated on delivery details.

If the item is not collected from the courier when a calling card is left and the item is returned to us you will incur additional costs to resend the order or will receive a refund less postage.
